How much does WeRoster cost?

Plans start at $15 a month for Up to 10 staff and go up to $65 a month for 51 to 65 staff. Every plan includes every feature, and annual billing gets you one month free.

What counts as a staff member?

Anyone who needs to be rostered or has access to the roster counts as a staff member. This includes employees and managers.

What happens if my team size changes?

Your plan adjusts automatically. As you add or remove staff, your tier scales up or down and we'll notify you when your plan changes. No need to manually switch plans.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

Pick the monthly or annual plan for your team size and add your card. If you decide WeRoster isn't for you, simply don't subscribe and you won't be charged.

Can I manage multiple stores on one account?

Yes. You can manage as many stores as you need from one account. Each store has its own roster, staff, and settings. Pricing is based on total staff across all stores.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly or annually, and annual billing gets you one month free. You can switch between them from your subscription page.
