If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the log in page, enter your email address and click Email me a link. You'll get an email with a Choose a new password button. The link works for an hour and only once.
Resetting it yourself
- Go to the log in page.
- Click Forgot password? next to the Password label.
- Enter your Email address and click Email me a link. The page says Check your inbox.
- Open the email titled Reset your WeRoster password and click Choose a new password.
- Type your New password (at least 8 characters; tap Show to check it) and click Save password and log in. You're logged in and taken to your Timetable.
No email? Check your spam or junk folder, then use send it again or try a different email on the Check your inbox page. Make sure you use the same email address your manager added you with.
If the link has expired or was already used, the page says so. Click Email me a new link to get a fresh one.
Never set a password?
If your manager added you and you've never logged in, you have two options:
- Find the email titled Please verify your email address and click Verify Email & Create Password. You'll be asked to choose a password, then click Save password and see my shifts.
- Or, on the log in page, click Set your password (under Added by your manager?), enter the email your manager used and click Email me a link. The email is titled Choose your WeRoster password.
Asking your manager
A manager or owner can send you a link: on the store's Staff page, they open the ⋯ menu on your row and choose Email a password reset link.
Changing your password when you're logged in
Open the account menu (your initials in the top right, or Account on a phone) and choose Settings. In the Password section, enter a New password and Confirm new password, then click Change password.
Who can do this
Everyone can reset their own password. Managers and owners can email a reset link to their staff, but can't see or set anyone else's password.
