WeRoster's four plans, how staff are counted, monthly versus annual billing, and how your plan moves as your team changes.

WeRoster has four plans, set by the total number of staff across all the stores you own: Mini (up to 10 staff), Basic (11 to 25), Standard (26 to 50) and Pro (51 and up). Pay monthly, or annually and get one month free. Every plan includes every feature and as many stores as you like. You never pick a plan yourself: it follows your team size automatically.

All prices are in NZD. Annual billing is the monthly price times eleven, so it works out to one month free.

How staff are counted
- Everyone who is an employee or a manager at any of your active stores counts.
- Each person counts once, even if they work at several of your stores or are both a manager and an employee.
- You only count yourself if you're on a store's staff list.
- Staff you've removed from a store don't count. See Removing or restoring staff.
- Archived stores don't count. See Archiving a store.
To see your count, open the account menu (your initials and name in the top right on a computer, or Account in the bottom bar on a phone) and choose Subscription. Your team shows something like 14 staff across 1 store, and the Plans section highlights the plan that covers you.
When your team changes
WeRoster checks your staff count every hour. If it has moved past your plan's range, your subscription moves to the right plan, keeping your monthly or annual billing. You'll get a Subscription Changed email when that happens. Changes are prorated, so you don't lose any credit you've already paid for.
If your team has changed but the switch hasn't happened yet, the Subscription page says Your team has changed, so your plan moves to the new plan within the hour.

Who pays
The store owner pays, and one subscription covers every store they own. Managers and employees never pay and don't see Subscription in their account menu.
